A Fortune 500 healthcare provider engaged with Opera to develop an integration gateway to allow their clients access to some important data. The platform, designed by Opera staff addresses the rapid exchange of data, on-boarding of new partners, robust exchange of ecommerce transactions and state of the art user interface. Opera’s technical lead is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of the project, providing best practices and end to end solution.
Using Informatica B2B, Red Hat Fuse and integrated to a Linux based core system, we developed the client’s new partner/client gateway from their legacy system.
By moving from a Java CAPS based system to the new platform, our client was able to address issues related to time to market, transaction speed, secure data and rapid partner on-boarding processes. Overall the client has seen a huge increase in customer/partner satisfaction survey numbers.
